Before clients instruct Stormcloud to create a site they must ensure that all content provided to Stormcloud are free from copyright or that they have the permission of the content owner to use their material on the site. It is common for copyrighted material to be chargable and these charges are the responsibility of the client. Stormcloud take no responsibility for copyright or infringment of copyright for any material published on a clients site.
